Hello Animal Lover, I’m Rebecca Bush an Artist with a passion for expressing the stories of sentient beings, and sharing the stories of memorable moments connecting with all sorts of animal friends. 

I feel strongly about animal welfare and exploitation; You will find art here that speaks for species often viewed purely as commodities. My creative style includes a degree of realism, as well as subjects sometimes depicted with a more mystical approach.

As an advocate for our animal friends, I paint them to plant seeds of compassion. When I’m moved beyond words I turn to my easel, hoping that my work will speak with (and to) empathy. I often support animal welfare, wildlife and environmental charities through my work.

I know I will only be able to paint a fraction of what inspires me in this lifetime, I have an endless queue of beautiful non-human friends waiting on my ‘to paint’ list!

I began selling my Art in 2017, my work is now in homes around the world (which will never stop being exciting!), I now support people of all abilities with their creative adventures.  Art began as medicine for my wellbeing, it has become my contribution towards a kinder world. Art speaks to our hearts, it has the power to start conversations, and to celebrate who we are and what we stand for.
