Relaxing Art Workshops & Supportive Classes

Gain creative skills and confidence in a welcoming setting…

I am based in Caterham, and offer classes in a lovely workshop at ‘The Arc’, my local community centre (and registered charity) as well as on zoom. 

I will be closed for the Summer, while I heal and recouperate following surgery.

Creative workshops for groups & organisations

Relaxing, social, and highly beneficial for mental health…my workshops are designed specifically to de-stress participants and to make sure everyone gets the most from their session. It is my experience that we can ALL access creative ability with the right support.

Why might your group benefit from a creative workshop?
Creativity is a highly effective stress-buster and offers us a wealth of therapeutic benefits; it is also great as a shared experience.

These workshops guide your group through an accessible way to enjoy art, focusing the mind in a highly beneficial way. People often surprise themselves, especially the people who tell me they are not artistic.
