CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

Gain artistic skills and grow your confidence in a welcoming setting…

From September 15th my women’s art group reopens, held weekly on Thursday evenings in Caterham, Surrey. 

The focus of this group is our personal connection to Mother Earth. Whether you want to paint the stars above, wildlife, ocean waves or trees – this is a space to celebrate your love for the natural world through art with like-minded women.

Beginners and experienced artists are welcome – this is a small group which is very friendly and informal. We share space with respect, kindness and of course have lots of fun! 

 All materials are provided along with my hands-on support wherever needed. 

  • 3 sessions / 15th – 29th Sept £60
  • 3 sessions / 6th – 20th Oct £60
  • All 6 for £110
  • Optional extra – handmade pizza / salad and refreshments while you create!

Relaxing, social, and highly beneficial for mental health…my workshops are designed specifically to de-stress participants and to make sure everyone gets the most from their session. It is my experience that we can ALL access creative ability with the right support.

Creativity is a highly effective stress-buster and offers us a wealth of therapeutic benefits; it is also great as a shared experience.

These workshops guide your group through an accessible way to enjoy art, focusing the mind in a highly beneficial way. People often surprise themselves, especially the people who tell me they are not artistic.

“Rebecca came to the Motor Insurance Bureau to provide an online Wellness Art Therapy session as part of our wellbeing week.

This session was so easy to set up, with very little preparation or materials required and with Rebecca’s knowledge and guidance not only did the participants end the session with beautiful mandalas but we also all felt very calm and relaxed.

Despite these sessions being carried out virtually, Rebecca was able to build a rapport with the group very easily and she went at a pace which helped us all to work at our own speed and be creative and mindful with our art.
