Online Classes

Create with me from the comfort of your own home!

The 2020 Covid-19 pandemic meant that we all had to find new ways to work, learn, keep active and socialise. I have taken my  painting classes (for adults) online; being able to facilitate creative fun with people far and wide, has been a wonderful outcome from a challenging situation.

Wednesdays @ 1 pm

A 60 minute class; many of our members are on their lunch break, what a great way to make sure you take time to take a proper break and de-stress while eating your sandwich! £28 payable 4-weekly

Tuesday @ 7pm

A slightly longer, slower pace of class. 90 minutes, which costs £40 payable 4-weekly.

Beginners are absolutely and most definitely welcome… this is a fun, shared creative experience – not a ‘masterclass’. You will learn new skills along the way while you build your creative confidence in a friendly setting.

For ages 9-13 years online every Friday 4.30pm – 5.45pm, £30 payable 4 weekly.

1:2:1 session

You can also book a 1:2:1 session with me for £48, currently these are only available online.

I look forward to connecting with you for some Creative Self-Care

Creative workshops for groups & organisations

Designed to equip participants with accessible tools to quickly and easily de-stress, as well as to connect with the creative thought process.

Why might your group benefit from a creative workshop?
Creativity is a highly effective stress-buster and offers us a wealth of therapeutic benefits; it is also great as a shared experience and can help us to re-frame our thoughts around challenges and obstacles.

These workshops guide your group through an accessible way to enjoy art, focusing the mind in a highly beneficial way. People often surprise themselves, especially the people who tell me they are “not artistic”.

If this is something you think your team would enjoy, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we can create an experience that works for you.

“Rebecca held a group session for our ladies to help them slow down and to be more present.
The ladies were really inspired by Rebecca’s story on how and why she became an artist and why she wanted to deliver this session to them all. Being working women with children it’s hard for them to catch 5 minutes, but the way Rebecca took us through her journey reminded them how important it is to live in the moment.

The session was professional and informative, we were provided with everything we needed to create beautiful tranquil masterpieces (or to just scribble if that’s what we needed). The ladies were so engrossed in their mandala art that time flew by.

I’d really recommend attending a workshop with Rebecca for anyone that is keen to practise mindfulness, to find alternatives for meditation and who wants to de-stress.”

“Rebecca came to the Motor Insurance Bureau to provide an online Wellness Art Therapy session as part of our wellbeing week.

This session was so easy to set up, with very little preparation or materials required and with Rebecca’s knowledge and guidance not only did the participants end the session with beautiful mandalas but we also all felt very calm and relaxed.

Despite these sessions being carried out virtually, Rebecca was able to build a rapport with the group very easily and she went at a pace which helped us all to work at our own speed and be creative and mindful with our art.

I would thoroughly recommend these sessions as part of any wellbeing activity”
